Lincs BOx Event
This event started in 2017 and quickly became a popular event for Cross Country runners, walkers and cyclists. Sadly the 2020 event had to be cancelled due to the pandemic and we have not been able to organise an event since then. Below is what is likely to be offered as soon as we feel able to run the event safely.
This event offers a choice of 5 and 10k run/walk, 20/45k mountain bike trail ride or a duathlon. New for this year is a half marathon. They are all fairly challenging, taking participants into normally hidden areas of the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty mostly on private land, accessible for this day only. If you think Lincolnshire’s flat and boring come and join us in Belchford. You will be pleasantly surprised!
All our routes use a combination of fully way-marked private trails, farm roads and public rights of way with stunning views of our beautiful and varied countryside. There may be some short sections on public roads.
Expect a very warm welcome from our small friendly team, challenging hills, fabulous views, sore legs and a scrumptious lunch, all included in the entry fee. Teas coffees and home made cakes will be available to buy all day. Entries will be limited to make sure everyone has a great time.

Lincs BOx Event is raising funds for our new charity; Lincolnshire Rural Challenge www.lincolnshire-rural-challenge.org.uk . All proceeds will be used to support local young people who are not in education, training or employment.
